I'm pretty far behind on my posting. Well, Spring has sprung and pulled it's usual tricks as well. It's been 80 degrees off and on so far, and very cold off and on. This 7 day forecast has highs in the 40s and lows in the 20s as well as snow thrown in. I'm so glad I cleaned up the flowerbeds on one of those nice days! David took the old green outdoor carpet off the front porch that day too. It was nasty! Most of the pear trees around town are in full bloom now, but it's raining pretty hard right now and the blossoms will probably be on the ground before the end of the day. David J. came for a week long visit last Saturday. His 4th birthday is tomorrow. He is going to take treats to his Sunday School Class and then we will have dinner and a party for him here or at Mom's. We picked a pirate theme. Alexandria's 3rd birthday is next Sunday. They will be back for it as well and we will celebrate it with another party. We picked flowers as a theme for her party, with flower shaped plates. I will post pictures of both the parties after they have happened. JD has shoulder surgery on the 4th in Wichita. We are praying for a speedy recovery for him.
